Susanne Christina Oepen

Susanne Christina Oepen has had a diverse and extensive work experience. Susanne Christina started their career in 1995 as a Product Manager at Hoechst AG and worked there for four years. Susanne Christina then moved on to Clariant, where they held various roles including Assistant of Divisional Head/Controlling Sales & Marketing and Marketing Apparel&Fashion South America/Technician Textile Finishing. In 2000, they joined SANITIZED AG as an Area Sales Manager/Product Manager. Susanne Christina later joined Devan in 2007 as a Business Development Manager. In 2008, they joined Bekaert Textiles as a Commercial Director and eventually became the General Manager in 2011. In 2016, they switched to BekaertDeslee, where they worked as the General Manager until 2019, when they were promoted to Vice President Operations North America.

Susanne Christina Oepen has a diverse education history spanning over several years. In 1989, they began their studies at RWTH Aachen University, where they pursued a Diploma in Chemistry. Their studies at RWTH Aachen University concluded in 1995. Following this, in 1993, Susanne engaged in a research stay at Université L. Pasteur as a part of their studies at the University of Strasbourg. This research stay lasted until 1994. Moving forward to 2004, Susanne pursued an MBA at Insper Instituto de Ensino e Pesquisa, specializing in Executive education. Susanne Christina completed their MBA in 2006. Finally, in 2021, Susanne enrolled at Purdue University to study Lean Principles. The duration of their studies at Purdue University was limited to a single year.
