Fabio Colombo

Fabio Colombo currently serves as Human Resources Vice President and Executive Director at Beko Europe, effective April 2024, overseeing HR for a newly formed consumer products joint venture with Whirlpool, managing over EUR 6 billion in annual sales. Prior to this role, Fabio held several HR leadership positions at Whirlpool Corporation from June 2014 to April 2024, including CHRO EMEA, where responsibilities encompassed strategic talent management and organizational design for 16,000 employees across 32 countries. Fabio's extensive experience also includes various HR leadership roles at PPG Industries, Air Liquide, and Lamberti, complemented by advanced education including an EMBA from HEC Paris.
