Marcin Szybiak

Marcin Szybiak currently serves as Senior Site Manager at Beko Europe, overseeing engineering, maintenance, and general services since April 2024. Prior to this role, Marcin worked at Whirlpool Corporation as Site Senior Manager in the same fields from September 2016 to April 2024. Marcin's career began at LG Electronics, where key positions included Production Engineering Manager, Production Engineering Equipment Part Manager, and Engineer from April 2010 to August 2016. Marcin holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation from Poznan University of Technology (2010-2013) and completed the Personal Leadership Academy at ICAN Institute (2021-2022).
