The Product Development and Engineering team at Beko Europe is responsible for designing, engineering, and optimizing a diverse range of home appliances. This multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to innovate and enhance product quality, drive cost efficiency, ensure sustainability, and meet consumer needs through advanced R&D, industrial design, and process excellence. Core functions include the integration of electrical systems, quality management, value stream optimization, and sourcing of materials and finished products.
