Rania Elammary has extensive experience in administrative and customer service roles, currently serving as the Personal Assistant to the CEO at Beko Global since October 2014. Prior to this, Rania worked as a Business Care Senior Advisor at Vodafone Ireland, where responsibilities included handling customer queries and escalations. Rania's earlier experience includes a position in Human Resources at Luxottica Italy and as an International Account Advisor at Vodafone UK. Rania holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from the American Chamber, completed in 2012, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration from Cairo University, completed in 2008. Additionally, Rania possesses a Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from El Horreya Language School, obtained in 2002.
