Zafer Ustuner

Zafer Ustuner has extensive work experience in the global home appliances industry. Zafer is currently serving as the CCO - Asia-Pacific at Arçelik Global since May 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO at Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances starting from July 2021. Before joining Arçelik Hitachi, Zafer worked at Beko Global where they held various key roles such as the Regional Head of APAC & GM of Beko Thai from October 2016 and General Manager & Regional Director of CIS region incl. Russia, Ukraine from July 2012 to December 2016. Zafer also served as the Managing Director at Beko Germany from February 2007 to July 2012. Zafer's earliest work experiences include roles such as Subsidiary Coordination Manager at Arçelik from May 2005 to February 2007, and International Sales Manager - Industrial Products from January 2001 to May 2005, where they handled international sales of industrial products and established business relationships with key companies in the industry. Prior to joining Arçelik, they worked as an International Sales Manager at TEE AS from March 1997 to December 2000, and as a Sales Manager at Interbrücke GmbH from October 1995 to March 1997.

Zafer Ustuner completed their education at various reputable institutions. Zafer began their academic journey at Istanbul Ataturk Fen Lisesi from 1983 to 1986. After completing their secondary education, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering at Boğaziçi University from 1986 to 1991. Seeking further education, Zafer enrolled in Koç University, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Management from 1997 to 1998. Continuing their dedication to professional development, they attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2018.
