Claire Hopkins

Claire Hopkins is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in people management and organizational development. Currently serving as HR Manager at BEL Engineering (UK) since May 2023, Claire has previously held the position of People Business Partner at NCFE and HR Manager at Coatsink. With extensive experience at Primark as People & Culture Manager and various roles at Northumbria Police, including HR Adviser and Employee Relations, Claire has developed expertise in workforce planning, policy development, and HR advisory services.
