Arjoon Bose is a seasoned marketing professional currently serving as the Global Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at Bel since June 2024. Previously at General Mills from May 2015 to June 2024, Arjoon held several leadership roles, including International Head of Creative & Growth Ideas and Head of Brand Experience for Europe and Australia, while also managing the Häagen-Dazs brand in the UK and Northern Europe, leading a team to achieve significant P&L and brand equity growth. Arjoon's career includes a decade at L'Oréal, where responsibilities spanned global marketing and product management, including the successful launch of Garnier MEN and the development of the ULTIMATE BLENDS haircare line. Arjoon holds a Master’s degree in Brand Management from MICA, an Executive Leadership Program certification from INSEAD, and a Bachelor’s in Commerce from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
