Katie Halgerson

Katie Halgerson has a strong background in dairy manufacturing and consumer affairs. With a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Dairy Manufacturing, Katie has held various positions in research and development, quality assurance, and management within the food industry. At Bel, Katie has taken on multiple roles such as Platform Development Manager and Mini Babybel Development Account Manager. Katie has also contributed to research projects at Alexandria University and South Dakota State University, focusing on improving cheese texture and processing techniques. Additionally, Katie has served as a Dairy Ambassador, representing and educating the public on dairy health and nutrition.
