Kimberly Mulcahy Zadeh

Kimberly Mulcahy Zadeh has extensive work experience that spans over several companies and roles.

Kimberly is currently the Director of Corporate Talent Management and Shared Services at Bel, a position they have held since January 2024. In this role, they are responsible for overseeing talent management and shared services functions within the company.

Prior to their current position, they served as the Senior Manager of Talent, Learning, and Development at Bel from May 2017 to February 2024. Prior to their time at Bel Brands USA, they worked as the Communications Manager and Communications Consultant at Bel Brands USA from August 2012 to August 2013 and from January 2011 to August 2012, respectively. In these roles, they championed organization-wide communications, managed employee communications, corporate public relations, corporate website development, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives.

Before joining Bel Brands USA, Kimberly owned KM Communications, a communications consultancy firm, from April 2003 to August 2012. Kimberly also served as the Vice President of Business Development at Achieva, Inc. from April 2003 to February 2012.

Their earlier experience includes a leadership role as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at Budget Group, Inc. from 1997 to 2003, and various positions at Budget Rent a Car Corporation from 1992 to 1997, including Director of Corporate Communications and Director of Internal Communications.
