Vladimir Homola

Vladimir Homola has a strong background in plant management and operations. Vladimir has held the position of Plant Director at Bel since 2022, where they are responsible for overseeing plant operations. Prior to this, they served as Plant Director at Bel Polska Sp. z o o., where they successfully transformed and improved plant performance. Vladimir has also served as the Director of Operations at Bel Brands USA and as Plant Director at Syraren Bel Slovensko a.s., where they played a key role in plant overhaul, new installations, and brand growth. Before joining Bel, Vladimir gained experience in various management roles at Amylum Slovakia and served as the Head of Sales Department at Tamilk.

Vladimir Homola obtained a Master's degree in Mathematics and Biology from Comenius University in Bratislava, Slovakia, from 1989 to 1994.
