Jorge Rodriguez possesses extensive experience in the aquaculture and industrial sectors, currently serving as Asistente Tecnico Agua de Mar at Skretting Chile since June 2018, specializing in salmon production advisory. Since February 2013, Jorge has held the position of Ingeniero en Ventas at Bel-Ray Company, focusing on technical sales in the mining industry, providing support in mechanical and hydraulic areas, and maintaining expertise in fluid sealing and industrial maintenance products. Previously, Jorge evaluated workforce competencies at Salmonchile from January 2012 to January 2013 and led a team at Marine Harvest between September 2004 and August 2011. Jorge holds an Ingeniero en Acuicultura degree from Universidad de Antofagasta and a Diplomado in Gestión Ambiental Minero Industrial from Universidad Catolica del Norte.
