Sara Ridgway

Sara Ridgway is an accomplished finance and operations executive with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as COO/CFO at Bela Flor AZ since March 2019, Sara also holds the positions of President and CFO at Capital Pacific Development Group/Capital Pacific Homes, where involvement has spanned from 1996 to the present. Prior experience includes a role in Audit and Tax at KPMG Peat Marwick from 1991 to 1995. Sara Ridgway earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pepperdine University between 1987 and 1991.
