Senior Director, Strategic Services at Belardi Wong

Nicole Oakes, MBA, is currently working as the Senior Director of Strategic Services at Belardi Wong since March 2021. In their role, they oversee strategic services and provides guidance to clients.

Before that, Oakes held various positions at Spiegel. From September 2010 to October 2011, they were the Director of Marketing where they planned and executed acquisition and retention objectives utilizing various marketing channels. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Manager of E-Commerce and an Online Marketing Manager, responsible for site operations and developing marketing plans for the company's brand sites.

Oakes started their career as a Graduate Marketing Intern at Zagat Survey in September 2003. Nicole formalized marketing plans and improved sales tracking methods during their internship.

Nicole then worked as an Associate Marketing Manager at Scholastic Inc. from 2000 to 2002. In this role, they planned and implemented marketing and sales programs for children's educational software products.

Oakes began their professional journey as an Associate Marketing Manager at Pearson in 1998. Nicole developed marketing and sales strategies for college-level English textbooks and also trained new marketing assistants.

With their extensive experience in strategic services, marketing, and client management, Oakes brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role at Belardi Wong.

Nicole Oakes, MBA, attended the University of Notre Dame from 1994 to 1998 where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Marketing. In 2002, they enrolled at the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Communications in 2004.
