Arjen Ter Horst

Arjen ter Horst is an experienced Enterprise Architect currently serving at Belastingdienst since September 2024, with a prior position at De Nederlandsche Bank focused on Supervisory and Resolution domains. Before this, Arjen held the title of Enterprise Information Architect at Royal BAM Group nv, contributing to the development of the group's Enterprise Architecture function and data integration architecture. Arjen's career began at Saxion, progressing from ICT Administrator to Lead Enterprise Information Architect, overseeing significant IT projects and shaping the IT project office. Arjen has also provided IT consultancy and system administration in earlier roles.
