Eliza Bailey

Eliza Bailey is the Managing Principal, CEO, and CIO of Belay Investment Group, LLC, a majority women-owned real estate investment management firm since October 2014. With extensive experience in the real estate sector, Eliza was previously a Managing Director at Partners Group from June 2007 to January 2014, where oversight included the global real estate debt practice and significant equity and debt investments. Prior to that, Eliza served as Senior Vice President at Pension Consulting Alliance from April 2002 to June 2007, managing large institutional clients' portfolios and conducting due diligence across various investment opportunities. Eliza also founded Property Solutions Enterprises LLC from July 1996 to March 2002, focusing on residential real estate investments. Academically, Eliza holds an MBA in Finance and Management from the University of Oregon Lundquist College of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
