Sam Khatib

Sam Khatib, CFA, currently serves as Senior Vice President at Belay Investment Group, LLC, a position held since January 2023. Previously, Sam held the role of Vice President at Overlook Capital Partners LLC, focusing on capital advisory and underwriting services from June 2021 to January 2023. At CBRE, from May 2018 to May 2021, leadership was exercised in capital raising and advisory engagements in capital markets. Responsibilities as Investment Director at Atlas Residential involved overseeing multifamily and mixed-use acquisitions and asset management for a significant portfolio. Earlier career roles included Financial Analyst at Qalaa Holdings and Credit Analyst at Ahli United Bank. Sam earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and History from The American University in Cairo and completed the International Baccalaureate at Berlin International School.
