Jessica Nix, PMP, CSM has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jessica is currently working at BELAY as a Marketing Operations Coordinator, where they execute marketing campaigns and collaborates on corporate projects. Previously, they worked at Regency Lighting, starting as an Account Manager and later taking on roles such as Project Administrator, Project Coordinator for Energy Services, and Tradeshow & Event Coordinator/RFP Coordinator/Executive Assistant. In these roles, they managed projects, coordinated RFPs, and increased the company's sales capacity. Before joining Regency Lighting, Jessica worked at State Farm as a Marketing Coordinator, where they planned and executed promotions and marketing events. Jessica also gained experience as the Director of Princess Night-Internship at the Atlanta Dream Center, organizing and launching a national campaign. Additionally, they had a marketing internship at the Cox Family Enterprise Center, where they supported the Marketing Director in project management and marketing campaigns. Overall, Jessica has demonstrated skills in project management, coordination, sales, and marketing.

Jessica Nix, PMP, CSM, has a BBA degree in Marketing from Kennesaw State University, which they completed between 2007 and 2011. In 2020, they pursued further education at Trailhead by Salesforce in the field of Administration, Marketing, and Development.

In addition to their education, Jessica holds several certifications. Jessica obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in July 2023. Jessica also holds the Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from the Scrum Alliance, which they obtained in September 2021. Furthermore, Jessica obtained the HubSpot Marketing Software certification from HubSpot Academy in December 2021, and the Asana Ambassador Certification from Asana in March 2021.
