Morgan Trotter started their work experience in 2003 as an Office Manager/Secretary at Perfect Health Wellness Center and Pilates Studio. In 2004, they became a Marketing/Sales Representative at Miller Landscape. From 2008 to 2009, they worked as a Catering Director/Server at 119 Chops. In 2009, they served as an Administrative Marketing Assistant at The Bottle Water Company; Splash Beverage Company, where they managed product development, designed labels and packages, and organized meetings for business proposals. From 2009 to 2010, they worked as an Account Executive at Eagle Transportation, providing logistic solutions for customers. From 2010 to 2012, they were a District Sales Representative at Beavex, Inc., where they generated sales opportunities and customized contracts. In 2012, they became an Associate Publisher at Hospitality Upgrade. Finally, since 2014, they have been a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at BELAY, a virtual solutions company.

Morgan Trotter obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcasting Administration, Journalism, and Communication Arts from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2004 to 2009.
