Jacob Burke has diverse experience in engineering and design, beginning as a Student Intern at Jaguar Land Rover in the Manufacturing Parts & Logistics department, followed by an internship at STFC developing MATLAB simulations for a free electron laser. Additional internships at Sellafield Ltd provided exposure to various engineering disciplines. Prior to higher education, Jacob worked as an Infrastructure Engineer at Kurple, focusing on CAT 5/6 cable installation and Wi-Fi solutions, and held a Sales Co-worker position at IKEA. Currently, Jacob is a Designated Member at Iconiclo, a luxury clothing company, and an Intern Graduate Engineer at Belcan in the Automotive department with a focus on electric vehicles using SolidWorks. Academically, Jacob achieved A* grades in A-levels and is pursuing a First Class MEng in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Liverpool, expected to graduate in 2024.
