Neal Montour

President Engineering at Belcan

Neal Montour is the current President of Engineering at Belcan. Neal has over 25 years of experience in the engineering field. Neal started their career as an Analyst/Design/Project Engineer at Pratt and Whitney Aircraft in 1982. In 1990, they became a Manufacturing Engineer at Lehr Precision, where they developed process plans and tool designs. Neal also served as Interim Quality Manager during their time there. In 1994, they left Lehr Precision to join Belcan, where they have been President of Engineering for the past 25 years.

Neal Montour studied mechanical engineering at the University of Hartford, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Neal also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Manufacturing Engineering Technology from Erie Community College.

They are on a team with Keith Matthews - President Consulting Services & International Operations, Keith Jones - SVP, Strategy & Corporate Growth, and Dan Pleshko - President, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Solutions. Their manager is Lance Kwasniewski, CEO.
