Rebecca Amorim

Rebecca Amorim is an experienced Additive Manufacturing Engineer currently working at Cyient since February 2022. With a background as a Manufacturing Engineer at Sintavia from January 2020 to May 2022, Rebecca has expertise in interpreting engineering drawings in AS9100 aerospace environments, conducting metallurgical analyses, and developing manufacturing processes and tooling. Prior to that, Rebecca completed an internship in additive manufacturing, achieving a 25% increase in production throughput and supporting research and development projects. Rebecca also has experience as a Machine Shop Assistant at Florida International University and as a Lead Instructor at Engineering For Kids, where instruction in engineering principles and robotics was provided. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Florida International University.
