Ana C. Villalobos

Ana C. Villalobos has extensive experience in the beauty and cosmetics industry, currently serving as Director of Innovation at Belcorp, a position held since June 2009. Previously, Ana held various roles within the company, including Open Innovation Senior Manager and Global Innovation Leader. Ana's earlier career at Belcorp began in November 1999 as a Product Development Manager for Fragrances, where responsibilities included market analysis and portfolio development for multiple brands, resulting in significant revenue growth. Ana's experience also includes positions as Product Development Assistant Manager in both Fragrances and Skin & Body Care, focusing on product concepts and commercial strategy. Ana obtained an MBA from Universidad de Piura and a BA in Business Administration from Universidad Ricardo Palma.
