Cessi Cama is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consumer innovation and procurement at Belcorp since January 2008. As Consumer Innovation & Procurement Manager, Cessi leads product innovation and development for Cyzone Fashion & Accessories, overseeing branding and communication strategies. Previous roles include Consumer Innovation Manager for Cyzone Skincare in LATAM and Category Innovation Manager, where Cessi managed a cross-functional team to launch over 200 new products annually. Cessi’s career began at Sodimac Peru and Pacífico Seguros, complemented by a strong educational background in business administration and digital marketing from esteemed institutions such as Universidad de Lima and INCAE Business School.
