Erika Herrero Bettarel

Erika Herrero Bettarel serves as the CEO of Belcorp, a position held since April 2010, where responsibilities include overall business management and P&L oversight across 15 countries, as well as leading corporate sales strategies. Previously, Erika held various roles at Belcorp, including Corporate Vice President for Commercial and Countries, focusing on developing high-performance teams and local market strategies. Prior to joining Belcorp, Erika worked at Procter & Gamble from March 1993 to April 2010, culminating in the role of Regional Marketing Director. Erika holds a degree from Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela, obtained from 1989 to 1994.
