Henry Morales Taranto has over 19 years of diverse experience in leadership roles within the consumer goods industry. Currently serving as Managing Director at Belcorp since January 2022, Henry previously held key positions at The Coca-Cola Company from January 2009 to January 2022, including Director of Business Development for the AdeS brand, where significant growth was achieved across LATAM. Previous roles encompass Country Manager for Venezuela, where digital transformation initiatives were spearheaded, and various managerial positions across the Caribbean and Central America, focusing on modern retail strategies and business development. Henry’s early career included sales and marketing roles at Kraft Foods and BAT, complementing strong foundational skills with a Master’s in Marketing from 2008 and an Engineering degree from UCAB.
