Luis del Castillo Vargas

Luis del Castillo Vargas serves as the Talent & Culture Executive Director at Belcorp since December 2008, where significant contributions have been made in various leadership roles, including Director Corporativo de Desarrollo de Talento and Gerente Corporativo de Desarrollo de Talento. In addition, Luis presides over the Board of Directors of DCH Peru since April 2022 and holds a directorial position at APERHU until July 2024. Prior experience includes progressive roles at Alicorp from July 1998 to December 2008, and at Banco Solventa from January 1996 to June 1998. Luis holds an engineering degree from Universidad de Lima and further qualifications including an MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú, a specialization in Human Resources Management from TEC de Monterrey, and another specialization in Banking and Financial Business from Universidad ESAN.
