Sylma H. is an experienced finance and project management professional with a diverse background in technology implementation and consulting. Currently serving as the Finance Platform Service Manager at Belcorp since 2021, Sylma H. leads the implementation of technological solutions for the Vice Presidency of Finance and manages technological platforms that support financial processes. Previous roles include Project Manager at Divemotor and IBM, and various positions focused on SAP consulting. Sylma H. also contributed to academia as a Part-Time Professor at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú. Sylma H. holds a Master's degree in Organizational Development and Personnel Leading from Universidad del Pacífico and has completed a program in Digital Transformation from MIT Professional Education.
