Arturo Arias

Arturo Arias is an experienced production and process management professional with a strong background in manufacturing engineering and production control. Currently serving as a Production Manager at Belden Inc. since July 2022, Arturo previously held roles such as Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer and Process Engineer at Tubacex, and Senior Production Control Specialist at Collins Aerospace, where significant improvements in production efficiency and cost savings were achieved. Throughout a career marked by leadership in continuous improvement initiatives and successful implementation of production plans, Arturo has developed expertise in coordinating complex manufacturing processes and optimizing workflows across diverse engineering sectors, including aerospace and automotive industries. Arturo holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and General Management from CETYS Universidad, along with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering from CESUES University.
