Sophia Koziol

Sophia Koziol has comprehensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Senior HR Manager in the Go-To-Market division at Belden Inc. since June 2019, following a series of positions including HR Manager for Sales & GTS and HR Generalist roles. Prior to this, Sophia gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Belden, where responsibilities included analyzing employee engagement data and facilitating focus groups. Additional experience includes serving as a Google Allo Campus Ambassador, an HR Intern at Woodward, Inc., and an Athletic Department Worker at Niles Park District. Sophia holds a degree from Indiana University Bloomington, completed in 2019, and graduated from Loyola Academy in 2015.
