Thomas Hermann

Thomas Hermann has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Thomas is currently the Director of Strategic Pricing at Belden Inc. since 2022. Previously, they worked at Rockwell Automation from 2017 to 2022, where they held roles as a Product Manager for Configured Drives and a Global Pricing Strategy Manager. In these positions, they were responsible for developing and executing global strategic pricing initiatives. Before that, Thomas held managerial positions at Strattec Security Corp. as Corporate Development Manager, Product Business Manager, and Cost Estimator/Financial Analyst from 2004 to 2017. Prior to that, they worked at HSP, Inc. as a Business Development Analyst from 2002 to 2004, at Radiant Systems, Inc. as a Product Manager from 2000 to 2002, and at Sears as a Business Analyst from 1999 to 2000.

Thomas Hermann earned a BS in Medical Micro Biology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1994 to 1998. Thomas then pursued an MBA in Operations Management at the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College from 1998 to 2000.
