Marie Rudenstam

Marie Rudenstam has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Marie is currently the Co-Founder and Board Member of Beleco, a prop-tech startup, where they also served as the CEO from 2016 to 2022. Beleco focuses on offering furniture on-demand, aiming to transform the furniture industry and promote sustainability.

Prior to this, Marie held the position of Head of Contact Centre, Northern Europe at Elkjop Nordic AS from 2006 to 2015. In this role, they had overall strategic and operational responsibility for ECC Nordic Centres, focusing on people development, operations management, strategy, leadership, and technology management to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Before Elkjop Nordic AS, Marie worked as a Contact Centre Manager at Elgiganten AB from 2003 to 2006. Marie also gained experience as a Recruitment Consultant at ManpowerGroup from 2001 to 2003.

Marie's early career includes roles such as Contact Centre Manager and Teamleader at TNT from 1995 to 2000, Assistent at Kabelvision from 1990 to 1992, and Administration/Economy at INTERSPORT Sverige from 1989 to 1990.

Marie began their professional journey as a Nurse at Jönköpings kommun from 1986 to 1987 and then worked as a Nurse at Landstinget i Jönköpings län from 1978 to 1985.
