Pontus A. Gustafsson

Pontus A. Gustafsson has had an extensive and diverse work experience. Pontus A. is currently working as the Finance & Strategy role at Johannas Stadsodlingar AB since March 2023. Prior to this, they founded SportsTech Sweden in November 2022, aiming to make Swedish SportsTech world-class through knowledge sharing and connecting startups and investors. Starting from March 2023, Pontus also holds the position of a Football Developer at Enskede Idrottsklubb, where they previously served as the Interim Sporting Director Men (Sportchef Herr) from August 2022 to February 2023. Pontus A. was also the Deputy Chairman and Board Member at Enskede Idrottsklubb from March 2021 to August 2022.

Pontus has taken up multiple roles at Stockholms Fotbollförbund starting from January 2023, including District team coach and Coach Educator/Tränarutbildare. Furthermore, they are a member of the futsal committee at Svenska Fotbollförbundet since March 2023. Previously, they worked as a founding partner at +Cap from March 2018 onwards, and held the position of Chairman of the Board at Dropmed AB from June 2022.

Pontus is associated with Beleco since May 2016, where they serve as a Co-founder and has held various roles including Board member and COO/CFO. Pontus A. has also been a Board Member at Improvin' since May 2022. Additionally, Pontus worked as the CFO at Skillbreak from May 2020 to November 2022.

Pontus A. Gustafsson has a diverse education history. Pontus A. first attended the Stockholm School of Economics from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management. During this time, they also participated in an exchange program at Università Bocconi in 2013-2014.

After completing their bachelor's degree, Pontus pursued further education at the Harvard University Extension School, where they earned a Graduate Certificate in Strategic Management in 2014-2015. Pontus A. also attended the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in 2012, specifically studying Negotiation.

Pontus later returned to the Stockholm School of Economics for their Master's degree in International Business, which they completed from 2014 to 2016. Pontus A. was also part of the CEMS - The Global Alliance in Management Education program during this time, earning a Master's degree in International Management.

Pontus continued their educational pursuits in 2016 with a CEMS Exchange program at Esade, further enhancing their international management skills.

In recent years, Pontus has shown interest in sports and coaching. Pontus A. completed a program in Coaching with a focus on soccer at The Swedish School of Sport and Health Sciences from 2021 to 2022, earning 30 ECTS credits. Pontus A. has also obtained various certifications related to soccer coaching and scouting, such as UEFA B and Youth A from Svenska Fotbollförbundet, and First Team Scouting Level 1 from IPSO - Football Scouting.
