Mike Dawson

Mike Dawson is an experienced professional in human resources and digital transformation, currently serving as the People and Digital Transformation Director at Belfast Harbour since August 2021. In this role, Mike spearheaded a comprehensive transformation strategy, significantly enhancing talent management and operational efficiency through advanced digital solutions. Prior to this, Mike held key positions including Group HR and Corporate Services Director at Dale Farm Ltd, where strategic leadership in HR and IT was essential for fostering competitive performance. Mike also led HR strategies at Glen Dimplex and transformed global talent management at Schrader Electronics. Early career experience includes advising employers on equality programs at the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland.
