Belfast Harbour
Robert Pogson is currently serving as Deputy Harbour Master and VTS Manager at Belfast Harbour since March 2021. Previous experience includes a decade at BP Maritime Services, where Robert held positions as Second Officer and Safety Officer, and Third Officer from April 2011 to April 2021. Prior to that, Robert completed training as a Deck Cadet at Clyde Marine Training Ltd from September 2006 to September 2010. Robert Pogson earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Studies (Merchant Shipping) from the University of Plymouth between 2006 and 2010, following education at The Woodroffe School from 1999 to 2006.
