Christine Martin has extensive experience in the insurance industry, particularly in the management of claims. Since September 2012, Christine has served as Teamleader sinistres at Belfius Direct Verzekeringen Assurances, overseeing two teams and focusing on coaching, evaluations, planning, and reporting. From 2002 to 2012, Christine worked as a Senior Handler at the same company, managing bodily injury claims, supervising reserves, and providing coaching to less experienced managers. Christine's career began in 1985 at Fonds Commun de Garantie Automobile as a gestionnaire sinistre, followed by positions at General Accident and Zelia, where skills in decision-making and the development of management manuals were honed, as well as participation in the implementation of new IT systems.
