Aurélie Thiran

Aurélie Thiran currently serves as the Chief of Staff to the CEO and leads Strategy & Public Relations at Belfius, a position held since March 2016. Thiran's expertise spans marketing across various sectors, including private banking and wealth management, as well as strategic corporate development. Prior experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant in Financial Accounting and Advisory Services at EY from October 2011 to February 2016, where responsibilities encompassed interim management and financial analysis for the energy sector, as well as statutory audits for international companies. Thiran began a professional journey with an internship in HR & Marketing at Groupon Belgium and worked as a student assistant at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management while pursuing a Master in Business Engineering. Thiran holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree from Solvay Brussels School and completed an exchange program at National Taiwan University.
