Fabienne Auffret

Fabienne Auffret is an experienced NLP Engineer and Chatbot specialist currently working at Belfius since August 2023, focusing on enhancing the company's chatbot through analytical tools and performance modeling. Previously, Fabienne worked at the Chambre de Commerce d’Île-de-France, improving automatic scoring systems for French language certification tests using statistical analysis and machine learning. Additionally, Fabienne has lectured in technical translation at ESIT and contributed to the development of Samsung’s Bixby 2.0 virtual assistant for the French market. With a diverse freelance background in scientific and technical translation, Fabienne holds multiple degrees, including a Master's in NLP and a Master's in Translation from prestigious institutions.
