Turkan Goktas

Turkan Goktas has diverse work experience in the banking and insurance industry. Turkan is currently working as the Head of Payments at Belfius since November 2023. Previously, Turkan worked at Argenta from 2019 to 2023, where they held the roles of Manager Strategic Marketing Daily Banking & Customer and Business Owner Value Stream Daily Banking & Customer. Prior to that, they had a long tenure at ING Belgium from 2007 to 2019, where they worked in various roles such as Product Owner Credit Cards, Advisory Category Manager Customer Experience, Business Developer, Strategic Program Manager, Strategic Business Project Manager, and Financial Controller. Turkan also started their career as an Internal Auditor at DVV assurances in 2004.

Turkan Goktas completed their education from 1998 to 2004 at Université libre de Bruxelles, where they obtained a Master's degree in Economics with a specialization in Finance. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications throughout their career, including the Certified Scrum Product Owner from Agilar in September 2018, Strategy Execution from Performance Factory in September 2016, Succesfull Program Management from ING Bank Belgium in December 2012. Furthermore, Turkan has also completed courses in Advanced Business Process Management from IDEAS @ WORK, INC. and Prince2 Foundation from PM4all, although the specific months and years of these certifications are not mentioned.
