Koen De Smet is an experienced project manager and owner with a strong background in engineering and construction management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Belgoprocess since June 2022, Koen has also owned Pro-Man bvba since July 2005. Previous roles include Discipline Leader at TM ROCO for BESIX on the Oosterweelverbinding Antwerp, Senior Construction Manager at Fluor Corporation, and Project Manager at ENGIE Fabricom Belgium for the Oosterweelverbinding project. Koen's expertise extends to overseeing significant LNG terminal projects at Fluxys, where responsibilities included construction and QAQC management. Educational qualifications include a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Katholieke Hogeschool 'Sint-Lieven' in Gent.
