Nikola Djukic has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Nikola started their career as a Computer Software Store Manager at Students Cultural Centre, where they managed the distribution of professional computer software. Nikola then worked as an Assistant Manager at Red Bar, gaining experience in various aspects of managing a business.
Moving on to the hospitality industry, Djukic worked at Hyatt Hotels Corporation as a Corporate Trainee and Assistant Director of Engineering, responsible for overseeing operations in a 5-star hotel. Nikola also held the position of Director of Engineering at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide and Marriott International, where they managed operations in luxury hotels and received accolades for their leadership.
Djukic's experience also includes serving as Chief Engineer at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where they played a key role in the pre-opening and operation of a 4-star hotel. Most recently, they worked as the Head of Operations at Belgrade Waterfront, overseeing technical, security, cleaning, and landscaping services in a large shopping mall.
Throughout their career, Djukic has demonstrated expertise in project management, tenant coordination, and team leadership. Nikola has been recognized for their contributions and achievements within the hospitality industry.
Nikola Djukic holds a Master of Science (M.Sc) degree from The Faculty of Mechanical Engineering - University of Belgrade. Nikola'sfield of study was in ME (Mechanical Engineering) with a specialization in Processing. In addition to their academic achievements, they also obtained certifications in Duolingo Spanish Fluency (beginner level) from Duolingo in November 2015, and in HACCP - Principles, Interpretation and Application (Use of HACCP Principles in HoReCa) from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance in April 2010.
