Kara Monaghan (Brooks) is a seasoned professional in the leisure and aquatic sectors, currently serving as the Senior Business Operations Manager for Victoria and Tasmania at Belgravia Leisure since August 2018. In addition, Kara holds the position of Ordinary Director for Aquatic Education and Industry Engagement at Life Saving Victoria since November 2022. Prior experience includes various managerial roles at the City of Greater Geelong from June 2006 to August 2018, overseeing multiple leisure facilities including the Leisuretime Centre and Barwon Valley Activity Centre. Kara's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Human Movement from Federation University Australia.
