Scott McDonald has extensive experience in business development and management within the fitness industry. Currently serving as the General Manager of Business Development at Belgravia Leisure since May 2009, Scott focuses on driving growth across Australia and New Zealand. Previously, Scott held various managerial roles at Belgravia Leisure, providing insights on sales, marketing, and retention to enhance health club operations, and leading a team as Centre Manager at Windy Hill Fitness Centre. Prior to this, Scott worked as Manager of Operational Support at Fenix Fitness Clubs, contributing to the success of startup and operating clubs. Scott holds two Bachelor of Education degrees in Physical Education from Federation University Australia.
