Lisa Allen

Lisa Allen has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Lisa currently holds the position of Head of Talent at Belharra Therapeutics since 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition professional at Boundless Bio from 2021. Lisa also has experience as a Senior Recruiter at Outset Medical, Inc. from 2018 to 2021. Before that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at AMHR Partners and also at Outset Medical, Inc. from 2016 to 2017 and 2014 to 2016 respectively. Lisa has also worked in various recruitment and human resources roles at Exelixis, The Hamel Group, Elan Pharmaceuticals, and Gilead Sciences. Lisa'sexperience includes supporting biotechnology companies, managing recruiting and employee communications, and serving as a Senior Human Resources Representative.

Lisa Allen pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara from 1988 to 1992. Following this, they attended UNSW from 1996 to 1997, where they obtained their Master of Commerce degree with a specialization in Human Resource Management.
