Shelley Smith

As Vice President of Student Development, Dr. Shelley oversees residence life, student leadership, student organizations, chapel administration, student activities, campus ministries, counseling services, judicial management, dining services, residential crisis management, and international student services. She also is responsible for the Belhaven COVID Testing Center and Belhaven’s COVID Analysis Laboratory. Being in Student Development, the best part of her job is getting to know the students she serves.
