Ryan Gielen has a diverse work experience in the entertainment industry. Ryan is the Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Believe Limited since 2013. In this role, they create entertainment for rare disease and health/wellness communities, focusing on positive change and transforming lives. Ryan directs the creative vision, disrupts stagnant practices, and develops actionable concepts and storytelling solutions based on client needs.

Prior to this, Ryan worked as a Principal, Producer, and Director at Brownpenny Films from 2008 to 2012. During this time, they captured audiences through bold storytelling and filmmaking, building deep connections with the audience. Ryan elevated complex stories and created thought-provoking experiences that both entertained and inspired.

From 2005 to 2010, Ryan served as a Teaching Artist at The Leadership Program. Ryan acted as a filmmaking educator, leading a year-long curriculum for elementary, middle, and high school children across New York City.
