Brendy Chiniah

Brendy CHINIAH has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Brendy currently works at Believe as the People Director for France & Luxembourg, a position they have held since April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the People Senior Leader for France at Believe from February 2021 to May 2023, and as an HRBP for France from June 2020 to January 2021.

Before joining Believe, Brendy worked at OCIRP - Organisme commun des institutions de rente et de prévoyance as the Responsable Ressources Humaines-Juriste from February 2018 to February 2021. Brendy was also a Chargée de mission RH - Juriste at OCIRP from January 2015 to February 2018, where they had various responsibilities such as managing employee relations, negotiations, recruitment, and handling legal matters.

Prior to their role at OCIRP, they worked at Groupe Arcade as the Responsable Juridique from February 2013 to January 2015, and at FEGAPEI as a Juriste Droit social from August 2012 to February 2013.

Brendy's earlier experience includes working as a Juriste Droit social at the Fédération du Négoce de Bois et des Matériaux de Construction (FNBM) from November 2011 to August 2012, and as a Chargée des relations sociales (Apprentie) at Dassault Data Services from August 2010 to September 2011. Brendy was also a Gestionnaire paye et Administration du personnel at Château de Versailles from May 2008 to January 2010.

Brendy Chiniah obtained a Master 2 (M2) degree in Droit et éthique des affaires - parcours Droit du travail from CY Cergy Paris Université in 2011. Prior to that, they completed a Master 1 degree in Droit privé Général from UVSQ Université de Versailles Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines in 2009.
