Katia Rivard Jan has a diverse work experience in various roles within the aviation industry. Katia started their career in 2006 at Air France - KLM Cargo and Martinair Cargo, where they worked in strategic planning for the cargo business. In 2008, they moved to Air France and held positions as a Key Account Manager and Africa Middle-East Marketing Manager, where they supported commercial strategies and managed advertising budgets. Katia then became the General Manager for Hong Kong & Macau at Air France KLM from 2014 to 2017. Afterward, they held roles as the Director of Online Sales and the Director of E-acquisition-Digital Marketing at Air France, focusing on driving online traffic and optimizing digital marketing activities. In 2022, they joined Believe as the VP of Customer Success and Growth. Most recently, they became a member of IFA administratrices et administrateurs engagés in 2023.

Katia Rivard Jan attended ESSEC Business School from 2001 to 2006. Prior to that, they completed primary education.
