Lounis M. is an accomplished Tech Lead and DevOps developer with a robust background in Java and AWS, currently serving at Believe since January 2022, where Lounis has led a team in the development of a YouTube video management tool. Prior experience includes a role as a software architect at the Ministère de la Justice, where Lounis contributed to the design of an open-source electronic signature solution, and as a fullstack developer/architect at NumerCity, an innovative civic tech startup. Lounis has also held various positions at Prima Solutions, Amundi, and Crédit Agricole CIB, demonstrating expertise in project management, software development, and team leadership. Lounis co-founded Culture en poche, providing a multimedia guide for museums, and possesses an educational background that includes degrees in computer engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne and Cranfield University, along with a DUT in computer science from Paris-Sud University.
