Viktoria Siniavskaia has extensive work experience in the music industry. Viktoria previously worked as the Regional Managing Director for Believe Distribution Services, overseeing a team of over 100 employees in Russia, Eastern Europe, the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Their responsibilities included developing and executing the regional business strategy, managing various business lines, acquiring and licensing audio and video content, and leading recruitment and team management efforts. Viktoria consistently achieved double-digit year-on-year growth in key markets. Prior to this, Viktoria served as the Head of Sales for Believe Russia and Eastern Europe. Viktoria also founded and owned FlashMusic, organizing numerous events and productions. In addition, they worked as an artist agent, talent buyer, and touring agent for Wart, and as an Executive Producer for the "TransMusicales Festival" in Russia. Viktoria was also the Head of the French Music Export Office and served as a PR Manager for Venue EMB.
Viktoria Siniavskaia obtained a master's degree in cultural management from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne in the years 1998 to 2003. Viktoria later pursued another master's degree in sciences politiques from the same university in the years 2003 to 2006.
